Grant takes part in inaugural PLUMBEX Cork exhibition

Members of the Grant team recently attended the first ever PLUMBEX exhibition in Cork to showcase our growing range of innovative heating products. The event marks the extension of the already popular PLUMBEX trade event which takes place annually in Dublin and brings together all levels of professions within the plumbing and heating industry.

Visitors at the exhibition had the opportunity to learn more about our full heating solutions offering which combines an extensive product portfolio with the specialist knowledge of the Grant team. Our free of charge heat loss calculations and product specifications also received strong interest during the exhibition. This service can be availed of by emailing project plans to heatpump@grantengineering.ie and helps customers to achieve efficient energy use in the home by identifying the best products for their project and closely sizes the heat source, accompanying cylinders and heat emitters to the requirements of the property.

First launched in 2001, our range of Vortex condensing oil boilers received significant attention, highlighting the continued popularity of oil for home heating. Comprising of 63 models, the Grant Vortex range features our patented condensing oil technology which captures the energy normally lost during the combustion process in traditional boilers, offering cleaner and more efficient operation which can help reduce annual fuel bills.

Meanwhile, the Grant Aerona3 range was also a core focus for visitors to our stand thanks to its environmental benefits and our latest developments with R32 refrigerant which will be introduced to all models within the range in the coming months. An excellent renewable alternative for home heating, the Aerona3 range champions high efficiency outputs whilst also helping the end user lower their carbon footprint.

Ten lucky visitors also won a Vortex Mag One Filter during the exhibition. The Vortex Mag One provides innovative protection for all types of central heating systems and with a triple-action filter, can identify and collect non-ferrous debris and magnetite within the heating system.

With a successful debut at PLUMBEX Cork, we are looking forward to the next instalment of the PLUMBEX series taking place in the Citywest Hotel Dublin from 29th-30th May 2019. Once again, we will have ten Grant Mag One Filters up for grabs so make sure to stop by stand 44!
