GRANT sponsor Make-A-Wish Cannonball Run

GRANT was one of the sponsors of the Offaly leg of the Cannon Ball Run 2014 in support of Make-A-Wish.

Make-A-Wish grant the wishes of children aged 3 to 17 years with life-threatening medical conditions. A wish granted is true magic for the child, providing respite from their normal routines of hospitals, doctors and treatment. Since arriving in Ireland in 1992, Make-A-Wish has granted wishes for almost 1,600 brave children. In all possible cases Make-A-Wish ensures that all immediate family members can participate in the child’s wish. In doing so they provide long-lasting and happy memories for those relatives, whatever the future may hold.

The Offaly section of the annual competition took place on Sunday 14th September. Grant Engineering is proud to be associated with Make-A-Wish.
